Denise Ruiz is not just a real estate agent, she is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. With a strong foundation in business procedures, Denise earned recognition by placing fourth in the State of Florida during her academic years.

Denise's upbringing is as diverse as her skillset. Raised partly in New York and partly in Bogotá, Colombia, she brings a rich cultural perspective to her work. At the age of 10, Denise's family made Cape Coral their home, and she has been deeply connected to the community ever since.

Before transitioning to real estate, Denise served as an Assistant Branch Manager for Bank of America, where she honed her leadership and customer service skills. She has also worked with a national builder and has experience with construction and property management. Her background in finance gives her a unique understanding of the economic factors that influence the real estate market.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Denise is an active member of her church, where she volunteers her time to teach Bible classes and support her community. As a public notary and fully bilingual agent, Denise is committed to providing exceptional service to clients from diverse backgrounds.
